Joining the Trinity in the Co-creative Process

A weekend of reflections on Trinitarian Theology, creativity and engagement with the co-creator in you.

1st - 3rd June, 2018

Led by: Ruth Lawson-McConnell (counselling psychologist and director of Trinity Initiatives)
and Jocelyn Friis (artist/educator)

Since we are made in the image of a relational, creative God, the Trinity, it is fitting that we take some time to ground ourselves in this reality, not just by head knowledge but by entering in an experiential way, to the creative process already flowing within us from the beginning of creation. During this weekend you will be led through meditations and contemplative teaching (led by Ruth) into the co-creative process where we are invited to join the Trinity in creation or more accurately, re-creation, with art experiences (led by Jocelyn).

The programme will involve a blend of contemplative input, quiet reflection and time to engage in the creative process directly in the art sessions. (No prior art experience necessary)
